Starting an Indonesian food culinary business, Edy Ongkowijoyo chose penyet chicken as a culinary business choice not without reason. Not in Indonesia Edy started his business in 2009 in Singapore. In 2012, the D’Penyetz outlet entered Indonesia, the first outlet in Indonesia was opened at ITC Roxy Mas. After that, it grew to 22 outlets, not only in Jakarta but also from Aceh, Medan, Siantar, Batam, Palembang, Bandung, Samarinda, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Jayapura, Pekanbaru, Sorong, Timika, Manokwari, and Merauke.
